I worked on three of Nike’s consumer apps: Nike Running, Nike Training and the Nike App. My focus was on improving the release process for new content, refining layouts and imagery, and addressing user pain points in the online shopping experience.


My role


  • Established a standard release process across three consumer apps
  • Improved layouts, content communication and imagery
  • Onboarded the design team to Figma and trained them in component-driven design
  • Set up workflows and regular check-ins with cross functional teams


Key contributions


Defined strategy maps and goals early in the project to align teams and speed up decision making. Led the migration to Figma, introducing components and variants to improve handoff to engineering. Implemented a structured workflow with regular check-ins that cut content release time in half.
